Creative Movement
In this innovative training session, we explore the link between our physical abilities and our mental state. We work with the idea of our physical performance as a direct extension of our mindset. Through a blend of disciplines we create an alternative full body work out, using our bodies to express emotions such as anger, joy, assurance or fear – but in a way that puts those emotions to work. Creative Movement is at the intersection of fitness and dramatic arts and has an element of both. There is lots of self-discovery to be made in this workshop, which centers around active awareness and re-connecting with your inner self.
